Ronald (Ron) Garfield Willett
In loving memory of Ronald (Ron) Garfield Willett
Ronald (Ron) Garfield Willett, seventy-eight, of Pearland, Texas, passed away after a lengthy battle with complications from multiple sclerosis and infection.
Born July 1, 1947, Ron was the son of Garfield (Jack) Willett and Pauline Etta Willett. He lived a busy active life running a business with his wife Marge Wilson-Willett. Ron worked hard for decades before retiring, proud of every job well done.
Ron had a heart that always made room for the people—and pets—he loved.
He adored his wife, Marge, children, and grandchildren. Ron also cherished his pets like family. He always had a bad “Dad Joke” at the tip of his tongue and could spin a story like nobody else.
Preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, Marge Willett; his stepson, Daniel Wilson; his stepdaughter, Colleen Kortas; four grandchildren, Shane Kortas, Frankie Kortas, Mia Wilson, and William Wilson; and four great-grandchildren, Cameron Kortas, Nicholas Kortas, Michael Kortas, and Kasey Kortas.
A celebration of life will be held late afternoon on March 7, 2026, in Phoenix, Arizona.
Ron left behind a legacy of kindness, loyalty, and warmth that won’t fade. He will be missed every single day.
