Antonia Abrego-Alanis, of League City, passed away on Saturday, November 29, 2025 in Webster, Texas at the age of 88. She was born on May 13, 1937 in Richmond, Texas to Jose and Leonora Alanis.

Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother,sister and friend. Antonia was always willing to help someone in need without passing judgement. She offered her home to anyone who needed a place to stay, she offered food to anyone that was hungry.She loved her family and always gave a shoulder to cry on, gave her best advice when asked. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, gardening and watching her Novelas and old Cowboy movies.

She was preceded in death by her son Raymond Sustaita, father Jose Alaniz, mother Leonora Alaniz and brother Joe Alaniz.

Antonia is survived by her brothers, John Alaniz and wife Rosario, Cruz Alaniz,
Sylvia and Reyes Cruz, San Juana and Juan Gonzalez, Johnny and Lety Sustaita, Angie and Edward Munoz, Jr., grandchildren Valerie and Robert Leal and son Robbie, Sandra and Tim Gonzales and daughters Christine and Amelia, Gabrielle and Chris Labry and sons Joshua and Simon, Jonathan Sustaita, Oscar Gonzalez, Fernando Gonzalez, Juan Carlos and Stephanie Gonzalez, children Eliseo, Emilio, Eliana, and Edward Munoz III, Ray Cruz and granddaughter Erica Cruz

The Family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 6:00pm with a Vigil Service at 6:30pm at Crowder Funeral Home, 1645 East Main, League City, Texas 77573.
