Tracy Lynn Hall (65) of Texas City, Texas passed away Thursday, November 20, 2025. She was born on June 25, 1960 in Texas City to Diane and Robert Hall. Tracy was a teacher and had been teaching for Texas City ISD over the last three years.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Robert Wayne Hall, Jr. Tracy is survived by three daughters: Dr. Courtni Tello (Fernando), Marissa Grey and M’Lynn Grey, and two grandsons: Fernando Tello, III and Samuel Tello.

A memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, at the James Crowder Funeral Home in La Marque. Honorary pallbearers will be Cynthia Spears and Toni Reeves.
