Shirley E. Scott, 88, of Taylor Lake Village, passed away on Jan 7, 2015. She was born on Oct 19, 1926 in Bartlesville, OK to Paul and Helen Ernst. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, C. Rex Scott in 2003 and her daughters, Janice Scott and Randee Diaz. She is survived by her son, Mark A. Scott; daughters, Kris Perry and Cheryl Scott; daughter in law Megan Scott; son in law Marino Diaz; grandchildren, Alysa Bajenaru, Paul Diaz, Kate Goldberg, Scott Diaz, Tyler Pugh and Haydn Pugh; great grandchildren Joe Bajenaru, Alexis Diaz, Leila Bajenaru and Miranda Diaz and numerous other family members and friends.

Shirley had a passion for gardening, golf, sewing, bridge, stained glass and mosaic, and her family.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at Crowder Funeral Home – Webster. Funeral Services will take place on Wednesday, January 14, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Crowder Funeral Home – Webster. Interment will follow at Houston National Cemetery, Houston, TX.
