  3. Sam and I knew each other from the old RENTManager-HUDManager days some 30 years ago. I was saddened to hear of his passing.

This quote from the notice, “He spent his life loving his family and friends, laughing, and trying to help others.”, is certainly an accurate portrayal of my impression of him all those years ago. He will be missed.

  7. Very sad news of Sam’s passing. He presided at my Mom’s funeral in 2017. I will never forget our talks preparing for the services and his desire to share his ‘Road to Emmaus’ eulogy. The Fleming’s and Ausmus’ shared many good times over the years. Sam shared his gentle way with those who listened to his kind words. He fought the good fight, ran the race to the finish and most certainly kept the faith. God’s loving blessing to Sam and peace and comfort for his family.
