RYAN STEPHEN WALLACE

michaelRYAN STEPHEN WALLACE, 31, passed away on June 30 in League City, Texas.

He was born on March 4, 1985 in Houston, Texas to Stephen and Jane Wallace. Ryan is survived by his sisters Christina Wallace and Lindsay Patton. Ryan was preceded in death by his brothers Blake and Todd Wallace.

He earned an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Science from Louisiana Culinary Institute in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Ryan worked as a Sous Chef at Viola and Agnes NeoSoul Café in Nassau Bay, Texas.

He had a passion for sports and helping other less fortunate and loved the Saints, Pelicans and Astros

A funeral Mass will be held on July 11 at 10:30 St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Nassau Bay, Texas.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a memorial donation in Ryan’s memory may do so to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee or the League City Animal Shelter in League City, Texas
