Robert William Thomas
Robert William Thomas, 77, of Bacliff Texas, passed away on November 29, 2021 from natural causes.
Robert was predeceased by his dad, Randall Thomas; mom, Violet Hoffman; step-father, Eddie Hoffman; sister, Beverly Wilcox; son, Fred Grier and grandson, Travis Richter.
He is survived by his wife Rosalee Thomas; daughter, Wendy and her husband, Kevin Vargo from Minnesota; brother, Jimmy and his wife, Kathy Thomas from Texas City, Texas; brother David and his wife Donna Thomas from LaMarque, Texas; sister Pat and her husband, Bobbie Sanders from Texas City, Texas; seven grandkids and twenty-one great grandkids.
In his honor a visitation will be held Tuesday, November 7, 2021 from 5:00-8:00pm at Crowder Funeral Home Chapel in Dickinson, Texas. A funeral service will be held Wednesday November 8, 2021 at 1:00pm, also at Crowder Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Galveston Memorial Park Cemetery in Hitchcock, Texas.
You will be sadly missed dear brother, I am so sorry you are not here with us anymore, but I’m glad you are in heaven and in no more pain and suffering.. you was a tender hearted sweet person always helping anyone you could. Hopefully we will all be together soon in heaven, and our family will feel whole again… Love you, and I miss your messages on my phone dear brother..
Not a day goes by I don’t think of you I miss you so much my heart hurts and tears still are coming down my face I just can’t believe you are gone. There is so much that has happened in the 5 months you have been gone I wished you was here to share it with us. Well I know you are watching over mom and I and everyone else like you always did when you was here so until we meet again my dear sweet daddy you are always and forever in my heart and soul.
