Ricky Shaun Tilley, 41, thirty year resident of Santa Fe, Texas passed away August 31, 2015. He was born April 9, 1974 in Texas City, Texas to parents Bruce Tilley and Ruth Tilley Winter. He graduated from Santa Fe High School and enjoyed the outdoors sitting on his front porch relaxing, listening to his radio, and reflecting on life.

He is survived by his mother, Ruth Winter and stepfather, Doug Winter, his adopted grandmother, Emelia Tilley; sister, Jackie Tilley; and brother, Randy Tilley.

There will be a Celebration of his Life at a later date.
