Richard Albert Kralovetz

Richard Albert Kralovetz, 83, of League City passed away on Sunday, November 7, 2021 in Webster, Texas.  He was born on September 13, 1938 in Pound, WI to Albert and Celia Kralovetz.

He was a resident of League City for over 16 years, formerly from Phoenix, Arizona.  He was the founder of Midwest Steel Co., Inc. in 1968.

Richard is preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Peter Kralovetz and Jerry Kralovetz and sister, Sandra Kralovetz.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Sandy Kralovetz, two daughters: Tammy Horton (Keith) and Debbie Cruse (Lonnie), son Rodger Kralovetz (Michelle), three sisters: Bonnie Merrell, Sharon Kralovetz and Nancy Denkeler, three brothers: Ron Kralovetz, John Kralovetz and Larry Kralovetz and seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A funeral service will be at 10:00am on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at James Crowder Funeral Home, La Marque with Pastor Dennis Jamison officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery in Dickinson, Texas.

Pallbearers will be Kyle Horton, Baron Wheeler, Ryan Kralovetz, Ethan Kralovetz, Colton Cruse and Richey Montes.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The American Cancer Society or The Charity of Your Choice.
