  1. Phill was my father in law. He loved doing the trail rides for the Houston Rodeo and was a life time member. I remember helping him with his baby goats when they were born and our long round trip taking all the animals out of the way of a hurricane that was coming. His special companion was his dog Reba. She went everywhere with him. He was so good to his granddaughter and loved her so very much. He will be missed. We love you gramps and will never forget you.

  2. Phil was an incredible man. He and Reba were a huge part of our Live Oak Family and he knew until the very end how much we loved them. Rest well buddy, until we meet again ❤️

  4. I am Millie, sister of Kay, Phil’s wife of 61 years. Phil has been in my life since I was 12 years old. I’m so sorry I am unable to attend the celebration of his life as we live in Va and I am just too old to travel now. He drove here about 5 or 6 years ago with his little Reba. It was a great visit and so glad he made the trip though I worried about him driving all that way. You were loved. Rest in peace, Phil
