Patricia “Patsy” Rivas Bean

BeanPatricia “Patsy” Rivas Bean left to be with the lord on 4/6/2016, she was surrounded by family when she took her last breath on this earth.  Patsy was a long time residence of Texas City and was born 4/12/1951. Patsy Graduated Dickinson High School in 1969. She was retired and spent all of her time with her grandchildren attending their sports, school events and baking sweets for them as often as she could. She also enjoyed spending time restoring furniture and redecorating her home. Patsy is preceded by her Grandparents Nick and Monina Medina and John and Irene Rivas of Texas City, Texas.She is survived by her mother and father Charlie and Theresa Rivas of Texas City.Patsy is survived by her only daughter Jennifer Clark Chandler and her husband Bruce Chandler, her most beloved grandchildren Kamren Joseph Sciba and Karsen Paige Graves, her step-grandchildren Cole Chandler and Morgan Chandler and step-grandson Alden Chandler of Seabrook, Texas.Her brothers and sisters Charlie and Belinda Rivas, Jr., of Amarillo, Texas, their children and spouses Charlie and Sarah Rivas, lll, of Big Springs, Texas, David and Story Crabtree of Fort Worth, Texas, Guy and Mitzi Rivas their child Brittney Nichole Cermeno, Caren Rivas Moore of League City, her son and daughter-in- law Cole and Kelsi Moore of Dallas, Texas, Sandra Rivas of League City, Stephen Paul and Antoinette Rivas and their children Alexis, Ashleigh and Abbey Rivas of Texas City, Patsy is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Services are scheduled for Monday, April 11, 2016 at 12:00pm at Crowder Funeral Home 1645 East Main Street, League City, Texas.Patricia will be laid to rest near her grandparents Nick and Monina Medina at Mt Olivet Cemetery, Dickinson Texas

Pallbearers will be Eddie Bean, Charlie Rivas, Guy Rivas, Stephen Paul Rivas, and Kamren Sciba

  1. I am so sorry to hear about Patsy. She always had a kind word about and remember her to be very sweet and worked all the time. Patsy was always a beauty and was to this day. I know she loved her family and wish we could have had more time together. May you rest in peace and blessings to your children because I know you will be missed very much.
