Patricia Ann McKeg
Patricia Ann McKeg, 79 of Texas City, passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at University of Texas Medical Branch Hospital in Galveston, Texas.
Pat was born March 25, 1939 in Bowie, Texas, the daughter of Wesley Frank Wiggins and Beulah Faye Dunham Wiggins. She was a longtime resident of Texas City and had lived in Odessa and McClain, Texas. Pat was a retired homebound teacher for Galveston ISD for 38 years. She was a member of Highlands Baptist Church in La Marque.
Pat is preceded in death by her parents; husband Don McKeg and brother Richard Kent Wiggins. Pat is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Seana and Tim Sawyer of Orange, Texas, son Frank McKeg of Texas City; grandchildren Natalie Brown and husband Patrick Brown, Scott Sawyer and Hailee Sawyer.
Graveside Service will be at 2:00pm on Friday, January, 2019 at Galveston Memorial Park in Hitchcock, Texas with Brother Tim Sawyer officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Moore Public Library 1701 9th Ave North Texas City, Texas 77590.
Pat was a great mother in law and friend. I am thankful this family welcomed me as they did many years ago as a punk teenager. She will be missed. Love you Pat and I’ll be there in heaven someday to annoy you more. Tim
