Nancy Ruth Harper passed away July 5, 2022 in Webster, Texas at the age of 86.  She was born on February 4, 1936 on Long Island, New York to Marguerite Brower and Calvin Brower.  She was a loving mother, friend, and neighbor.  She was member of the League City Evening Lions Club from 2006-2017, then transferred to the Kemah Lions Club where she remained a member at large until her death.  Nancy was preceded in death by her mother Marguerite Brower; father Calvin Brower; and husband Henry S. Harper.  She was survived by her son Richard Harper of League City; daughter Deborah Brannan and husband Bubba of Dickinson, TX; grand-daughter Chelsea Harper; great grand-daughter Autumn.  A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 starting at 9:30 am at Crowder Funeral Home, 1645 E. Main Street, League City, TX 77573.  Following the service, the interment will take place at Forest Park East Cemetery, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, TX 77598.  The pall-bearers will be Rick Harper, Bubba Brannan, Rick, Nizol, David Bladt, Robert Knight, and Paul Goodrum.  In lieu of flowers, please send memorials to the Texas Lions Camp in Kerrville, Texas 78029.
