Michele Lee Ann Dilas

Michele Lee Ann Dilas, tragically passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2023 in Dayton, Texas at the age of 56.

She was born on January 16, 1967 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Michael and Mona Pagano and was raised in Brooklyn New York with her two siblings.

Michele had a love for animals, nature, and photography while growing up and never lost that passion. She started her adult life serving in the USCG, medically retired from that career, and became a loving mother. She dedicated time to her true calling as a wildlife rescuer and rehabilitator for many nonprofit organizations throughout the many years before settling down in Texas to have many new adventures and experiences while expanding her family even further when she married her soulmate finally retiring to just enjoy life.

She was preceded in death by her mother Mona Kravitz and brother Steven Pagano.

She was survived by her husband Tom Dilas, father Michael, sister Christine, children Andre, Heather, and Peter, stepchildren Thomas, Samantha, Sabrena, and Tabitha, grandchildren Lillith, Morrigan, Isabella, Alexis, Bretlyn, and Andre Jr. and step grandchildren Felicity, Jasper, and Oliver, as well as extended family, friends, and loved ones.

The Family will receive friends on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 1:00pm with a Celebration of Life Ceremony at 2:00pm at Crowder Funeral Home, 1645 East Main, League City, Texas 77573.
