Michael Tobeck, lovingly known as Big Mike, Big Guy, and Mikey, passed away surrounded by family on September 1, 2025, after a valiant and courageous battle with lung cancer.

Mike lived a life full of adventure and was always ready with a story to share. He loved his Old Fashioneds, sports, his friends, his children, and his four cherished grandchildren. Above all, his deep love for his wife of 28 years, Deeya, was unwavering and evident to all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Roark; his sister, Deborah Beebe; his nephew, Tyler Harrison; several aunts; and his grandmother. He is survived by his devoted wife, Deeya Tobeck; his children and bonus children, Michael, Heather, Angela, Melody, and Vicki; and his loyal puppy, Sir Winston Oliver, who will miss him dearly.

Mike’s warmth, humor, and adventurous spirit will live on through his family, friends, and all the stories he leaves behind.
