Mary Ellen Garrison, 85 of Missouri City, Texas died on July 3, 2014.  She was born on March 11, 1929 in Houston, Texas.  She was a devoted wife, her husband, John preceded her in death in 2001.  She was a member of the South Main Baptist Church in Pasadena, Texas.  She worked for Gordon Jewelry Store for a number of years.  She is survived by her brother, Phillip Johnson, a son, Daniel, two grandchildren, Ashley and John Daniel other relatives and a host of friends.  Visitation will be at 10 am on Thursday, July 10 in the chapel of Crowder Funeral Home, 111 E Medical Center Blvd, Webster, Texas with a Funeral Service following at 11 am.  Pastor Tom Proctor will officiate.  Graveside will be 11 am Friday, July 11, 2014 in the Carrollton City Cemetery, Carrollton, Illinois.  Memorials may be made to the South Main Baptist Church, 4300 Beltway 8, Pasadena, Texas  77505.
