Marques Rosendahl

God of mercy,

Hold my son now, the one whose laughter came easy, who softened rooms just by entering them, who carried light without ever trying to shine. For he was gentle, the kind of gentle that notices, that listens, that steps forward when others step back. When someone needed help, his heart was already on its feet. Thank you for the joy he scattered so freely, the smiles, the humor, the way he lifted spirits without knowing how much he mattered.

Thank you for the love he poured into Kristopher, Breanna, Lev, Carmine, and lil Lev. The kind of love he shared created bonds that can never be undone. Wrap him now in peace. Let him feel whole. Let him know how fiercely he was loved. And for the ones of us left behind, be our strength when grief steals our breath. Let his laughter echo in our memories, his kindness guide our actions, has spirit live on in the way we love one another. Until the day we meet again, rest my beautiful son. You did good here. You are still doing good here. And you are loved beyond words.

And so it is.

A visitation will be on Friday, February 13, 2026 from 11:00am – 3:00pm at the Crowder Funeral Home in La Marque.

  1. I would like to give my condolences for this sweet young man. I loved him dearly. Him and Lev are good friends of my Grandson, Kaylan. He was so respectable and always had a beautiful smile when around him. Always greeted me with a big hug and ” I love you, grandma” If I needed help with anything these boys are always willing too help.i dont have enough good things to say about this young man, but I will miss his smile and kindness. RiP Marq, see you again one day.
