Maria Veronica Rodriguez-Wamsley

Maria Veronica Rodriguez-Wamsley, of Houston, passed away on Friday, July 17, 2026, in Webster, Texas at the age of 48. She was born as the tenth child on February 22, 1978, in Galveston, Texas, to Jose Ramon Rodriguez and Elvia Vasquez Rodriguez.

She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend. Her love for her family and faith in God was immeasurable. Her purpose in life was to love and care for her daughters; Jenna and Coco, and her husband Everett. She spent every minute of her life with purpose.

Maria was preceded in death by Mother Elvia Vasquez Rodriguez, Father Jose Ramon Rodriguez, sister Maria Socorro Rodriguez, brother Rene Rodriguez and sister Janie Elida Rodriguez

She is survived by her loving husband Everett Ray Wamsley, daughters Jenna Eve Wamsley and Coco Eliana Wamsley, sister Elia Rodriguez-Martin and Sandra Rodriguez, brothers Noe Rodriguez and wife Maria, Ramon Rodriguez and wife Cynthia Coronado, Ramiro Rodriguez, and Armando Rodriguez and numerous loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.

The Family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 11am with a Celebration of Life at 1:00PM at Crowder Funeral Home, 1645 East Main, League City, Texas 77573.
