Margaret Jane Love

Margaret Jane Love, know affectionately as Jane, of North Zulch, Texas, passed away at her home on February 10, 2021. Jane was born on October 25, 1948 in Galveston, Texas to loving parents Clarence Osmond Rodefeld and Ellen Lee Casey. Jane married Lindell H. “Chuck” Love and together they began a large family that Jane was so proud of.

Jane was preceded in death by her parents, sons Kevin Dooley and Donnie Dooley, grandson Brandon Jensen, and great-granddaughter Aurora Love.

Left behind to cherish Jane’s memory is her husband Lindell “Chuck” Love, daughters Wendy Ramirez and Debbie Perry and husband Cliff, sons Matthew Love and wife Amanda, and Lindell Love and wife Michelle, 13 grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

A graveside service for Jane will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 11:00 am at Galveston Memorial Park Cemetery in Hitchcock, Texas.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Jane’s name to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for the advancement of Parkinson’s Disease research.

  3. Rest in peace my old friend. We had some good times and times we held each other up when life got in the way. You were always a wonderful mother and friend! God bless you and your family! Thank you for many beautiful and fun memories. You will be missed. Love you and will always remember you.
