Katherine Sue Medberry (77) of La Marque, Texas, passed away on Friday, January 2, 2026. She was born in Galveston, Texas on September 18, 1948 to Miriam and Mike Coros.
Katherine is preceded in death by her mother and father and a daughter; Marnie Medberry. She is survived by sisters: Peggy Gutierrez and Mike Roberts. And Robin Bierman, niece.
She was my best friend! I was hers! She loved her 2 beautiful puppies named Booger and Lady! Her favorite color was purple and her favorite flower was a carnation! She loved horror movies and anything from westerns and science fiction! She loved watching the today show every morning. Her favorite coffee was white chocolate mocha! And she loved them iced! She colored pictures every single day! And she loved me and called me her second daughter. She loved my kids and my husband! She was and will always be beautiful inside and out! I knew her! I knew everything. Even things most didn’t! But I know how much she will be missed!!! I love you Kitty! Watch over me and my family!!!
