Katherine “Kathy” H. Lee
Katherine “Kathy” H. Lee, of League City, Texas passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at her home at the age of 67 after a battle with cancer. She was born on July 15, 1957, in Springfield, Missouri to Leroy and Jean Corlett. Kathy was a woman of a strong Christian faith and served others as a nurse for over forty years. She enjoyed her family, cooking, baking, sewing, knitting, crocheting, sailing and photography during her lifetime. She was proceeded in death by her mother, father, stepmother Helen, stepsister Mina Martin and nephews David Corlett and Zachary Martin. Kathy was survived by her husband, Burney, her son Aaron and wife Maggie, and their children Cora, Ruben and Asa, along with her daughter Kristin and husband Manuel Gonzalez, and their children Patrick, Chaslynne and Sofia. She was also survived by her brothers and families, Wesley Corlett and wife Annette, John Corlett and wife Connie, and stepsisters and families of Sabra Harvey, Jama Deshazer, and Karla Bradbury.
There will be a Memorial service for Kathy on December15, 2024 at 4:00 pm. The service will be held at Clear Creek Community Church’s Clear Lake Campus, 16743 Diana Ln, Houston, TX 77062.

Kathy was indeed a spirit lifter and life giver…always finding the humor in every situation. Wish that we could be present for her drum roll on December 15. Warmest regards to all who loved her and will miss her…especially Burney, Aaron, Kristin and families. Our hearts are full of you all.

Burney family so so sorry…in time your heart will let you remember all fun times….I remember our first meeting chatting in street I asked where she got her sandals…she brought us over wonderful muffins once when nick had back surgery..I will always remember her with a smile…lovely lady
