Julie Diane Bramer

Julie Diane Bramer, known lovingly by family and friends as “Julzzz,” passed away on March 19, 2026, at the age of 63. Born on November 5, 1962, in Texas City, Texas, Julie spent her life filling the world around her with beauty, laughter, and an abundance of love.

Julie grew up in a large, close-knit family, and that sense of togetherness shaped everything about who she became. In 1983, she married the love of her life, Chris Bramer, and together they started their family. She was a proud mother of three, and nothing mattered more to her than her family.

Those who knew Julie knew a woman with a huge heart and a giving spirit that never quit. She was goofy in the best way, the kind of person who could walk into a room and have everyone laughing within minutes. She was glamorous, too, with her love of shoes, sunglasses, and vibrant colors, giving her a signature style that was impossible to miss. Beautiful inside and out barely begins to cover it.

Julie was incredibly talented with her hands and had an eye for making any space feel special. She was a gifted home decorator, a skilled crafter, and could turn simple materials into stunning wreaths and balloon displays that wowed everyone who saw them. She loved shopping, music, and dancing to the beat of her own drum. More than anything, she loved spending time with the people who meant the most to her.

Julie is survived by her three children, Rameses Bramer, Tyson Bramer, and Destini Bramer; her mother, Lupe Valverde; her sisters, Mary Ann, Genie, and Alice; and her brothers, Mike, Steve, Lee, and Robert. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Chris Bramer; her father, Mike Valverde; and her brother, Victor.

Julie was a woman who made life brighter simply by being part of it. May she rest peacefully in God’s grace, reunited with those who went before her, dancing to her favorite songs with that radiant smile lighting up the heavens.

Details regarding memorial services will be shared by the family.
