John Jackson Buchanan

JOHN JACKSON BUCHANAN passed away on Monday, February 11, 2019 in Clear Lake, Texas at the age of 83 years.  He was born on March 18, 1935 in Big Spring, Texas to John Jackson Buchanan and Ruth Whitby. John was a member of White’s Chapel United Methodist Church in Southlake, Texas.  He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Kathy Buchanan, and wife Nancy.  He is survived by his sister Gayle Davis and husband S.W. of Deer Park, Texas, daughter Debbie Fadal and husband, Louis of Baytown, Texas, daughter Terry Moyers of Clear Lake, Texas, son Jay Buchanan and wife Melinda of Clear Lake Texas, Tim Buchanan and wife, Ana of Lorton, Virginia, daughter Cindy Baker and husband, Paul of Oakton, Virginia, nephews Tom McGuire and wife, Angelia of Bayou Vista, Texas, Casey McGuire and wife, Tracey of Deer Park, Texas, Rex Davis and wife Tina of Bayou Vista, Texas, and Randy Davis and Trina of Hardin, Texas, Rocky Davis of Centerville, Texas, grandchildren Chris Fadal, Erin Moyers, Macie Moyers, Bryce Buchanan, Aidan Buchanan, Ryan Baker, Zachary Baker, and Connor Baker, great grandchildren Tyler Fadal and Peyton Fadal, cousin Betty Jean Sewell of Plano, Texas, as well as a number of great nieces and nephews.  A graveside service will be held at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, in Dallas, Texas on Monday, February 18, 2019 at 10:15 A.M. with Pastor Steve Lallier officiating.

  3. To Mr. John’s family, I’m deeply sorry for your loss. Our Heavenly Father Jehovah promises that you will see him again very soon! Acts 24:15, John 5:28,29. He will also be in perfect health Revelation 21:1-5.
