Humar Gonzalez

Humar Gonzalez, 52 of Manvel, Texas passed away February 5, 2024 in Houston, Texas. He was born February 9, 1971, in Galveston, Texas to parents, Marcelino and Maria Gonzalez

Humar graduated from Alvin High School in 1990. He had many pastimes, he loved to fish, watch movies, metal detecting and skydiving, but most of all spending time with his granddaughter. He worked for B-W Grinding in Houston for over thirty years. He was a lifelong resident of Pearland and Manvel, Texas

Humar is preceded in death by his father, Marcelino Gonzalez.

He is survived by his mother Maria Gonzalez, son, Hunter Adam Gonzalez and fiancé May Romero, daughter, Kati Gonzalez, sisters Esmeralda Brown and husband Eddie, Angelica Gonzalez, Manuela Gonzalez, Rose Mary Rodriguez and husband Jaime, brothers, Gerardo Gonzalez, Hipolito Gonzalez and wife Connie, Genaro Gonzalez and wife Janie, Julian Gonzalez and wife Lizette and one grandchild, Alora May Seven Gonzalez and his friend, Andrea Gonzalez.

There will be a Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m. Saturday February 17, 2024 at Crowder Funeral Home located at 2422 E. Broadway, Pearland, Texas 77581 with  Pastor Michael Garcia officiating.

  2. This world lost a good soul February 5th, 2024. Uncle Humar is somebody I had a lot of memories with as a kid even though I wasn’t always close to the Gonzalez side of the family, he was always there growing up. Only the good die young sadly. I love you Uncle Humar.

  4. Grew up going to his house all the time and playing with my little cousins and staying the night quiet frequently. I will miss him so much. He was an amazing man and father. Love u tio now in heaven with the rest of the Gonzalez’s we have lost over several years.
