Gloria I. DeLaCerda, 74, resident of Santa Fe, Texas (47 years) and previously of Baytown, Texas (48 years), passed away on November 28, 2025. She was born on May 20, 1951 in Weslaco, Texas to parents, Camilo Ibarra, Sr. and Juana Horta.

Gloria worked as a payroll clerk for ExxonMobil for thirty-six years.

She was a devoted member of Temple Sinai del Clauia.

She is preceded in death by her father, Camilo Ibarra and her husband, Joe DeLaCerda.

She leaves behind to treasure her memory, mother, Juanna Ibarra; son, Richie Joe DeLaCerda and wife, Gina; step-daughter, Josie Barajas; sisters, Lupe Morin, Alicia Silva, Rose Martinez and  Juanita Gurrola; brothers, Jesus Ibarra, Javier Ibarra, Camilo Ybarra, Jr., Juan Ibarra, Tony Ybarra,Sr., Ricky Ibarra, Daniel Ybarra, Samuel Ibarra, Robert Ibarra and Elias Ibarra; grandchildren, Rene Aarron Barajas, Rashel Barajas, Sean Elfstrom, Richie Joe Combs, Ashely Elfstrom, Tyler Elfstrom, Christoper DeLaCerda, Robyn Lewellen and Allie De La Cerda and great-grandchildren, Samantha Elfstrom, Konnor Fee, Mallory Barajas, Jeremiah and Analicia Gracia, James Garcia and Nadia DeLaCerda.

A visitation is planned for Friday, December 5, 2025 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Crowder Funeral Home in Dickinson, Texas. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at 10:00am.
