Gerardo Ayala

 

Gerardo Ayala, 58, a resident of Houston, TX formerly of Brownsville, TX passed away December 26, 2021 in Houston, TX. Gerardo was born February 10, 1963 in Brownsville, TX. He worked for 10 years as a shrimper, then as a welder for the rest of his adult life. He also attended Pueblo’s Church in Pasadena, TX.

Gerardo was a family man, an avid fisherman and loved working on various projects.

Gerardo is preceded in death by his daughter, Vanessa Ayala, and father, Valentino Ayala, Jr.

He leaves behind his wife Victoria Ayala; daughter, Valery Ayala; sons: Gerardo Ayala, Jr. and Ricardo Ayala; two grandchildren; sisters: Alicia Ayala, and SanJuana Ayala; brothers Valentin Ayala, Elias Ayala, and Margarito Ayala.

There will be a memorial visitation held Wednesday, December 29, 2021 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. with a service to begin at 6 p.m. in the chapel of Crowder Funeral Home in Pearland.

  1. So sorry and very saddened by the loss of my 6th grade best friend but mostly for the loss my cousin Victoria is enduring for he was her husband and lifelong sweetheart/ husband. May Jehovah God give our family the strength to maintain peace for this very painful loss.
