She helped so many people along the way. People that were down lived with her and her heart was full of compassion.
I recall the times she would show me all of the pictures that St Jude Children hospital would send her. It was like she would be engaged with each child….

  3. I had the pleasure of meeting this remarkable person about 20 some odd years ago. We had something in common and that is I work for her son Harold, whom she adored. She always had a smile and kind words for every one she met. We became fast friends and I will never forget the lesson she taught my son upon first meeting him. Clint and I both adored her and I will especially miss her. My heart felt condolences to the entire family, but especially you Harold. May you soar in the heavens with our Almighty God.

  5. She was an amazing person. My life was blessed to have known her. I had the pleasure of working with her through being Harold’s 4th grade teacher and Helen’s girl scout leader. It is hard to lose a mom; I know having lost mine when I was 38; however, there has to be a special place in heaven for this lady. My heart goes out to her children and grandchildren. May your loving memories and God’s strength give you the peace you need throughout these trying days.

  6. My deepest condolences to you and your family. My family and I were saddened to hear about the loss of your mom. She was a strong and very hard working lady. I remember her growing her own vegetables and canning them. She made the best pickles! I remember her cleaning the floors on her hands and knees. She kept everything perfect. Most of all I remember the love she had for her kids. She was very proud of each of you and did a great job raising you all. May you find comfort in your fond memories and peace knowing someday you’ll be together again. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers.
