Emma B. Palacios, 77, resident of Dickinson, Texas passed from this life, October 15, 2026, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Mexico to parents, Francisco Palacios Ramirez and Beatriz Ouiroga Villarreal on October 29, 1948. Emma was one of seven siblings. The house was always filled with love and laughter. She was a proud and loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Emma met and married the love of her life, Rafael Diaz and from that union was blessed with six children and a marriage that spanned sixty-one years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and daughter, Patricia De San Juan Diaz Palacios.

Emma leaves behind to cherish a lifetime of memories, laughter, love and faith. Her devoted husband Rafael Diaz; daughters, Maria Beatriz Peña, Juanita Diaz Palacios (Oscar Villarreal), and Emma Mirthala Alvarado (Pablo); sons, Donaciano Rafael Diaz (Ada Graciela Alvidrez) and Rafael M Diaz (Marlett Diaz); sisters, Imelda Palacios, San Juana Palacios, and Rosa Silvestre Palacios; brothers, Francisco Palacios, Alberto Palacios, and Ruben Palacios; sixteen grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren; as well as numerous extended family and friends.

In her honor a visitation will be held Sunday, October 25, 2026 from 3:00 – 7:00pm in the Crowder Funeral Home Chapel, Dickinson, Texas with a funeral service at 7:00pm.
