Flowers for $277Dr. William “Bill” Earl Korndorffer, Jr., of League City, passed away on Monday, April 25, 2016 in Nassau Bay, Texas at the age of 86. He was born on February 5, 1930 in Natchez, Mississippi to William and Caroline Korndorffer. Bill is survived by his wife Betty, daughter Brenda Williams and husband Scott, sons Billy Korndorffer and wife Cathy, Blair Korndorffer and wife Phyllis, Bobby Korndorffer and wife Debbie, brothers Jim Korndorffer and Bob Korndorffer and wife Mopsy, grandchildren Will, Brad, Wes, Blake, Lauren, Rebecca, Kathleen, Joel, Brooke, Brody, great-grandchildren Charlie, Natalie, Scarlet, Kinley, Brinkley, Easton, Morgan, Peyton, Cooper and Bryce, extended family David, Chipper and Katie and many other loving family and friends. A Mass will be held on Thursday, April 28, 2016 at 10:00am at St. Mary Catholic Church, 1612 East Walker, League City, Texas 77573 with Father Howard Drabek officiating. Interment will follow at Mount Olivet Catholic Cemetery in Dickinson, Texas. In lieu of flowers, you may send memorials to National Autism Association, One Park Avenue, Suite 1, Portsmouth, RI 02871.

  2. You are all like family to us and we love you all very much and wish that we could be there with you, but circumstances in our own lives are permitting us from doing that. Just know that we are with you in spirit and that we are praying for you. Sending you much love and hugs to console you at this difficult time. It’s never easy when we lose someone that we love, but Dr. K is seeing beautiful things in the heavenly realm now that we can only imagine. God bless you all and keep you in the company of his holy angels. We will be making a donation to the Natl Autism Association in memory of our sweet Dr. K whom we will miss very much.

  3. Galveston County has lost a faithful public servant. He will be remembered for his professionalism and tireless work ethic. Every funeral director that ever worked with Dr. Korndorffer had the highest respect for him. We will cherish his memory and forever be grateful for his kind instruction to young aspiring funeral directors and embalmers like us.
