Denise Anne Hoban, 65, a resident of Pearland, TX, passed away on January 5, 2020 in Houston, TX. Denise was born on August 31, 1954 in Cleveland, OH to John and Ann Geletka. She retired after working over 20 years of service with AT&T in Cleveland, OH and San Antonio, TX.
Denise is preceded in death by her parents, John and Ann Geletka; brothers: John M. Geletka, and George G. Geletka
Denise leaves behind her husband of 47 years, Peter “Mick” Hoban; daughter, Anastasia Benedek, husband Jeff; son, Jason D. Hoban, wife Jennifer; grandchildren: Jacob T. Hoban, Isabelle A. Hoban, Hunter S. Hoban, Tatiana R. Benedek, Joseph H. Benedek and Alexandrea A. Benedek; brother, Michael A. Geletka; sister in law, Rachel Geletka.

Please extend my heartfelt sympathies to your dad and the rest of the family Your mom was like a mother to me. She taught me so much and I wouldn’t be where I am today if your mother didnt push me in the right direction. I love her and your entire family. Much love ! Prayers for peace and comfort.
I will miss getting into mischief with my friend. However I have lots of past adventures to keep her forever in my mind until we see each other again. Sending my love to all her family and friends.
