Cynthia “Cindy” Nowlin, 55 of Galveston passed away on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at her residence. She was born June 17, 1959 in Mathiston, Mississippi to Harry and Gaynell Nowlin.
She is survived by her mother Gaynell Reeves and her brother Michael Allen Nowlin.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday, October 5, 2014 at the Bayou Vista Community Center.
