Carol Anne Sams, 74, of Santa Fe, Texas, passed away on August 25, 2021 at her home. Carol was born on June 28, 1947 to loving parents Raymond and Eva (Walker) Hall in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. She will be missed by all her knew and loved her.

Carol is preceded in death by her parents, sister Olive Wheeler, and brother James Hall.

Carol is survived by her loving husband, Otis Lee Sams, daughter Heather Sitton and husband Richard, son Bryan Sams, sisters LaVera Clements, Billie Babbit, Donna McGrath, Sharon Boone, and Jan Mobley, brothers Danny Hall and Chris Hall, grandchildren Tracey Sams, Taylor Chandler, Dakota Sams, Skylar Sams, Christian Sitton, Gabriella Sitton, and great-grandchildren Saige, Letty, AllaySon, BrantLee, Hannaleigh, and Dreitner.

A visitation for Carol will be held on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Crowder Funeral Home in Dickinson, Texas. A funeral service will take place on Thursday, September 2, 2021 at 10:00 AM with internment later in the day at 12:45 PM at Houston National Cemetery in Houston, Texas.
