Blanca Flores DeLeon
Blanca Flores DeLeon, a lifelong resident of Houston, Texas, passed peacefully into the presence of the Lord on January 25, 2026, at the age of 61, after a courageous battle with cervical cancer.
She is lovingly survived by her mother, Gloria Flores; her brother, Jose Luis Flores II (Michelle); her devoted husband, Rigo DeLeon; her children, Gloria Sahn (James) and Anthony DeLeon (Makayla); and her cherished grandchildren, Mia DeLeon, Darcy DeLeon, and Drew Sahn. She was preceded in death by her father, Jose Luis Flores, Sr.
Born on August 20, 1964, Blanca was raised in Houston, Texas, where she developed the strong work ethic and deep sense of loyalty that would define her life. She attended the University of Houston–Downtown and dedicated more than 30 years of her professional life to Coca-Cola, where she served with distinction as an Executive Assistant. On April 24, 1993, Blanca married the love of her life, Rigo DeLeon, a retired United States Army veteran. Together they built a beautiful family, welcoming their children on December 17, 1993, and July 9, 1995, her greatest pride and joy. An avid traveler, some of Blanca’s favorite destinations included Hawaii, Vegas, and Italy.
Blanca was a devoted mother and grandmother whose warmth and generosity touched everyone she met. While Blanca was fondly known for her homemade enchiladas and lively gatherings, she was most admired for her unwavering loyalty and deep love for her family and friends. Those who knew Blanca undoubtedly felt her generosity, devotion, and steadfast presence in their lives. She found joy in cheering on the Houston Astros and preparing memorable meals while hosting family and friends for occasions small and large.
Blanca will be remembered for her kindness, strength, and unwavering love for her family. She will be deeply missed and forever held in the hearts of all who knew her.
Funeral services to honor and celebrate Blanca’s life will be held at 2:00 PM on February 7, 2026, at Crowder Funeral Home, located at 111 E Medical Center Blvd, Webster, TX 77598. Family I am so sorry for your lost. Blanca was a very kind soul. We worked together for over 25 years at The Coca-Cola company. Blanca you made it home to be with your Saviour. No more crying, no more tears. You are at peace my sister. Family I’m praying for your peace and strength.
Sincere condolences to the family of Blanca Flores Deleon. I met Blanca’s family through the Sorola-Rodriguez family whom I have been a part of since 1964. These two families were close knit, and I am happy to have been a part of many sweet memories.
Heartfelt condolences 🙏
Blanca was one of the kindest people I knew. She was such a dedicated coworker, and had such a fun side too. I loved working with her so many years, and enjoyed our fun outings. Her family was the most important thing to her, and I hope all of you are comforted in knowing how much she loved you. Her memory will live on in all that knew her, and her love of family will carry on in her children and grandchildren.
There are no words to express the loss we feel. Blanca was such a thoughtful and courageous person, and watching her face everything she went through showed us just how strong she was. She touched so many lives in ways she may never have known, and we will miss her deeply.
Miss you everyday, Mom.
Gloria, I am so so sorry for your loss.
I worked with Blanca. She was a great caring and funny person. We three dressed up for Halloween and went to our boss’s home for the party. I am deeply sorry for the loss of Blanca. May you find comfort in knowing Blanca is in a much better place. Love to the family.
Blanca, thank you for welcoming me into your family with so much love and kindness 20 years ago. I will forever cherish the laughs and memories we shared. You will be greatly missed.
I worked with Blanca in the Marketing department of Coca-Cola/Minute Maid. She was such a help to me as a friend, mentor and colleague. She was kind, generous and never complained about anything. She loved her family so much and made sure the family had everything necessary to work and play. This came as a shock to me, and I wish I was there for her thru her fight. I know she is strong and courageous for anything that may come her way. She was such an outgoing person. She would visit her cousin in the valley, go gambling, attending the Astros games with her family, margaritas with her neighbors, went with Mom to theater–she did it all. She is not suffering and at peace now. She will be watching over her family. She is not far. Blanca, thank you for all you did for me. I will miss you. Love, Vivian Lopez
From everyone at the Minute Maid and Coca-Cola family, our hearts, thoughts, and prayers go out to the DeLeon family. Blanca was a bright light within our organization, always quick to volunteer with a helping hand and always with a bright smile on her face. She will be remembered as a great friend and co-worker to us all.
