Blanca Flores DeLeon
Blanca Flores DeLeon, a lifelong resident of Houston, Texas, passed peacefully into the presence of the Lord on January 25, 2026, at the age of 61, after a courageous battle with cervical cancer.
She is lovingly survived by her mother, Gloria Flores; her brother, Jose Luis Flores II (Michelle); her devoted husband, Rigo DeLeon; her children, Gloria Sahn (James) and Anthony DeLeon (Makayla); and her cherished grandchildren, Mia DeLeon, Darcy DeLeon, and Drew Sahn. She was preceded in death by her father, Jose Luis Flores, Sr.
Born on August 20, 1964, Blanca was raised in Houston, Texas, where she developed the strong work ethic and deep sense of loyalty that would define her life. She attended the University of Houston–Downtown and dedicated more than 30 years of her professional life to Coca-Cola, where she served with distinction as an Executive Assistant. On April 24, 1993, Blanca married the love of her life, Rigo DeLeon, a retired United States Army veteran. Together they built a beautiful family, welcoming their children on December 17, 1993, and July 9, 1995, her greatest pride and joy. An avid traveler, some of Blanca’s favorite destinations included Hawaii, Vegas, and Italy.
Blanca was a devoted mother and grandmother whose warmth and generosity touched everyone she met. While Blanca was fondly known for her homemade enchiladas and lively gatherings, she was most admired for her unwavering loyalty and deep love for her family and friends. Those who knew Blanca undoubtedly felt her generosity, devotion, and steadfast presence in their lives. She found joy in cheering on the Houston Astros and preparing memorable meals while hosting family and friends for occasions small and large.
Blanca will be remembered for her kindness, strength, and unwavering love for her family. She will be deeply missed and forever held in the hearts of all who knew her.
Funeral services to honor and celebrate Blanca’s life will be held at 2:00 PM on February 7, 2026, at Crowder Funeral Home, located at 111 E Medical Center Blvd, Webster, TX 77598.
