Anthony Phillip Higgins, Sr. “Tony”

July 28, 1936 – June 28, 2014

Born and raised in Galveston, Texas he worked for Santa Fe Railroad for 39 years until retiring as a locomotive engineer in 1996. He served in the 90^th AAA Battalion in the United States Army from 1954-1956. Tony enjoyed playing golf and attending the local high school football games. He will be dearly missed by family and friends.
