  1. My condolences to the family. Alice and I started first grade together at League City Elementary after knowing each other prior to starting school. I know she will be missed, but at least her suffering is now gone. My deepest sympathies.

  2. Our deepest condolences. Andre, the boys, and I are heart broken to know of Mrs. Waker’s passing. She was an amazing woman. Kind with her words, always ready to welcome you, and easy to talk to. I will truly miss her wonderful welcoming voice “hello darling” each time we pulled into the driveway. She loved being outside and rocking gently in her rocking chair. She taught Adam how to throw a fishing line and she always looked after Aven. Aven would walk over to talk and she patiently answered all his questions. She was a sweetheart! May she rest in peace…she will be incredibly missed. We have lost a beautiful neighbor and the world has lost a angel.

  3. Dear Russell and Stacey – I’m sending you both so much love and many prayers. Your mother was a terrific lady, and I truly enjoyed seeing her a few times in recent years, after so long. I don’t care how grown you are, losing your momma is a hard blow; I still grieve for my mom every day. Please know, though, that both of our moms are now pain-free and in perfect health. I like to imagine that they, Pa, and many others, all have coffee together at 3:00 every afternoon in Heaven.

Please let me know if I can do anything for you all –

  4. Sincere condolences go out to the Walker family for your sad loss. May GOD be with the family as you mourn the loss of Alice. Revelation 21:4 states “He will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”

  5. Russell, Stacy and family….I am so sad to hear about “Poochie”… I have known her and her family all my life..While I no longer live in League City, she would make a point of stopping in for a visit when I was in town. She loved sharing her fishing stories, and talking about her grand children….And getting caught up on our lives.
She was a kind, and sweet person…She will be missed…..
    Love,
    Leigh Ann Pollock (Hinte)
