Aaron Allen McKinney

mckinney-photoAaron Allen McKinney, 57, of Bacliff, Texas, passed away peacefully on September 12, 2016. Visitation for family and friends will begin at 2:00 pm and services will be led by Pastor Karl Newman at 3:00 pm, Saturday, September 17, 2016 at Crowder Funeral Home, 1645 E. Main St League City, Texas 77573. Aaron was born on April 24, 1959 in Dallas, Texas to his loving parents Ray and Sandy McKinney.  He graduated from Clear Lake High School in 1977.  Aaron soon went on to follow in his father’s footsteps to begin a lifelong career as a Journeyman Pressman.  Some of Aaron’s hobbies included grilling on the pit and frying up the fish he caught that morning. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.  Some of his greatest memories were the hunting and fishing trips he took with his son, father and brothers.  Aaron was preceded in death by grandparents Ray and Allyne McKinney of Dallas, Texas. Also father and mother in law, Johny and Betty Kuhlman of Bayview, Texas.  He is survived by wife Christine Kuhlman McKinney and their children; Joshua Aaron McKinney, his daughter Allyne McKinney of Houston, Texas.  Daughter Samantha and husband Brad Phillips and their children Mason, Paetyn and Liana of Dickinson, Texas.  Daughter Deborah Allyne McKinney of Bacliff, Texas.  Son Allen Eugene McKinney and fiancé Cierra Quintana of Bacliff.  Parents Ray and Sandy McKinney of Clear Lake, Texas.  Brother Ray McKinney and wife Deborah of Weatherford, Texas.  Sister Abbie Higgins and husband Tom of Clear Lake. Their children David Higgins and fiancée Libby Bourgeois of Clear Lake, Texas. Daughter Laura Higgins of Clear Lake.  Brother Andy McKinney and wife Julie of Manvel, Texas.  Sister-in-law Audrey and husband Ernie Landon of Houston and A very special Great Aunt Lily Mae Karber of Bayview, Texas.  His family was his greatest joy and the light of his life. He will be forever loved and missed.

  2. I am so sorry to hear this. Aaron was a good friend to me and my family many years ago. Even though I haven’t seen him in years this news really upsets us all. My prayers go out to all of you. He was a wonderful guy and will be missed.
