    • Simon was a man of fairth, wisdom and love. He loved his family very much and was good to all who crossed his path. Even when tragedy struck and took away his youngest son, Nikolaos, he was never bitter or angry at God. He stayed strong and continued to be positive about life and to encourage others, especially his wife, Maria and son, John. He will be missed, but he is now in a far better place.
