Note: You won’t know who we are, but I (Bill) was a first cousin of your Grandfather. “Little” Carl, as we knew him, was 9 years older than me so he was more like a favorite Uncle than a cousin to me. His mother (Rebecca Earline) was a favorite aunt of mine and Carl and Minnie were my mom’s favorite nephew and niece-in-law. Carl and Minnie were always joking around and laughing, and full of fun. We all loved them both dearly.
Uncle Carl was the best Uncle one could have, and I will miss him. Remembering all the childhood times when all the family were together. All the boat rides, and swimming on 61dt st, and the Lagoon in Galveston. Now you are with your family, and I can see you smiling. Love you. Joyce Lindberg Campbell
