William Clyde Peloquin
In Loving Memory of William Clyde Peloquin
June 4, 1956 – January 23, 2026
William Clyde Peloquin, 69, of Hitchcock, Texas, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 23, 2026. A man of rhythm, soul, humor, and immense kindness, William left a lasting chord in the hearts of everyone who knew him.
Born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, to Betty and Henry Peloquin, William spent his youth in Lake Charles and Galveston and resided in Hitchcock for 25 years. He was known professionally for his dedicated years as a welding equipment repairman for Trigas, as well as for his lifelong passion for music.
A gifted musician, William was equally at home behind a drum kit, laying down rhythm on the bass, or strumming melodies on his electric guitar. He loved to sing, sharing a voice that reflected the deep passion he felt for life. Just as memorable as his music was his sense of humor — William was a true jokester who loved to make people laugh. Whether it was a quick one-liner, playful teasing, or a perfectly timed joke, he had a way of bringing lightness to any room and making others smile, even on hard days.
A Devoted Family Man
Beyond the music and laughter, William’s greatest joy was his family. He led with love and found his happiest moments in the presence of his children and grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his beloved parents and his sister, Pat Hamlet.
He is survived and deeply missed by:
Marilyn Peloquin His children: Jolene Peloquin, Kayleigh Peloquin, Brandi Peloquin, Taylor Talevich, Clayton Peloquin, and Cody Peloquin His sisters: Teresea Ites, Kathy Powell, and Belinda Streva His cherished grandchildren: Addisyn Nyberg and Blakely Nyberg.
