Norma Jean McGee

Norma Jean McGee, 79, a resident of Alvin, TX formerly of Pearland, TX passed away on February 6, 2022 in Alvin, TX. Norma was born on August 30, 1942 in Oxford, MS. She was of the Christian faith.

She reunites with her husband of 63 years, Jerry J. McGee; parents, Harmon and Virgina Jones.

Norma leaves behind her daughter, Tammy McGee Quisenberry; sons: Jerry Ray Guidry, wife Phyllis, and Timothy Wayne McGee, wife Lisa; grandchildren: Tori Diaz, husband Keven, Jordan Quisenberry, wife Cheyenne, Josh Quisenberry, wife Lexi, Laura Montondon, husband Mickey, Brent Guidry, wife Tia, James Deville II, wife Delia, Trisha Rutherford, husband Dustin, and Jason Scott; brother, Kenny Jones, wife Sharon; and numerous great grandchildren.

A visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday, February 13, 2022 at Crowder Funeral Home in Pearland, TX. Graveside service will be held on Monday, February 14, 2022 at 1 p.m. at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Groves, TX, with pastor Steve Malone officiating.

    I LOVE YOU , and will miss you dearly. Norma and Jerry were my Mom and Dad,
    They took me in as if I was thier daughter, Tammy and I were inseparable and to this day that is my sister who l love with all my heart. Bo was and will always be the love of my life. MIMI and Jerry was there for me when I had their grandson Jason.
    Mimi will be remembered as One of the most beautiful ladies inside and out I have ever met. Mimi now you can go be with you’re soul mate, As much as I will miss you, you don’t have to suffer any more baby.
    I know you will still be watching over Tammy and I from heaven, you don’t have to worry about her like I told you last time we spoke, I will always make sure you’re daughter is o.k.
    Jason sends his love too, and is hurt he. Couldn’t talk to you.

  7. I’m so sorry to hear about the loss of this Mrs.Norma Jean! I’m friends with her daughter, Tammy! She always talked so highly of her, and I know she was her best friend! Mrs. Norma Jean, I will look after your beautiful daughter, and always be an open ear to listen to her, when she needs me! My prayers and condolences, go out to her beautiful daughter and the family! She’s going to be sorely missed! I’m so sorry! 😢🙏❤️
