San Juana J. Hernandez, 59, a lifetime resident of Houston TX, passed away on April 24, 2025. She was born April 26, 1965 to Sofia and Juan Cardenas Hernandez, Sr. in Mexico.

SanJuana loved listening to music and dancing and spending time with her family. She loved sitting outside drinking her coke and crown royal talking to everyone who passed by. She was well loved by many and showed kindness to others. If she could help in anyway she absolutely would. Even in her last moments she was concerned about others, she wanted to make sure everyone was good. Like the natural foodie she was she was always concerned everyone else ate.

San Juana is preceded in death by her mother Sofia Hernandez; daughter JoAnn Garcia; son Raymond Saenz; and brother Juan Alberto Hernandez.
She is survived by her father Juan Cardenas Hernandez, Sr.; sons Andrew Garcia and Alexander Garcia; sisters Imelda Hernandez, Isaura Hernandez and Sandra Rodriguez; brothers Leopoldo Hernandez and Edward Hernandez; grandchildren Sophia Hernandez, Adrian Hernandez, Jr., Raymond Saenz, Fernando Saenz, Jesse Garcia, Jacob Garcia, Maddie Garcia, Guillermo Garcia, Lillian Garcia, and Kayleigh Garcia.

There will be a visitation from 1:00 p.m. on 2:00 p.m. at Crowder Funeral Home, 2422 E. Broadway St. Pearland, TX 77581. With a memorial service held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday May 2nd, 2025 at Crowder Funeral Home with Father Luis Garcia officiating.
