Judy passed away on July 15, 2025 in Webster, Texas at the age of 79.

Judy was born on March 11, 1946 in Huntsville Arkansas to Parents Clarence (CN) and Hazel Watson.

Judy was the most beautiful, and kindest soul. She never met a stranger and she loved all people. She loved talking with family, and friends to no end. She had an innate ability to find solutions and everyone confided in her. She was a Christian, and true to God. She had many skills throughout her employed life, and excelled at all of them. Cooking was Judy’s passion, she loved to read, walk on the beach, and she loved music. She knew the words to all of the old Hymns from her childhood by heart and reflected on them often.

Judy is preceded in death by Husband Joe Gaines, Father and Mother CN and Hazel Watson. Brothers Eugene and wife Lois Watson, Earl Dwain “Gube” and wife Colleen Watson, Jim and wife Sue Jo Watson, and Sister Donna Buell.

Judy is survived by Son Mark Gregory Gaines and wife Shannon, Significant Other Tim Tonkin, Brother in Law Brian Buell. Nieces and Nephews Matthew and wife Chris Buell, Allison and Husband Josh Tritt, Lauren Rae Watson, Charles Watson and wife Phyllis Rengier,

Jeff and wife Robin Watson, Rusty and wife Missy Watson, Gaylene and husband Mark Long,

Judy had many Great Nieces and Nephews. Kristin and husband Chris Kibler, Kent and wife Kristina Watson, Kara and husband Marcus Mason, Ty and wife Mellisa Watson, Ryan and wife Sara Watson, Brittnee and husband Andrew Davie, Chase and wife Erica Watson, Phoenix Buell, Josie Tritt, Sebastian Kibler, Nolen and Gabriel Watson, Aubrey Treat and Brandon Mason, Kinsley and Lacey Watson, Harper and Drew Davie, Colleen and Whittaker Watson and many more who loved their Aunt Judy.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, August 3, 2025 from 2:00 – 4:00pm at USA RV Resorts Marina Bay, 925 Marina Bay Drive, Kemah, Texas 77565.
