Betty worked as an executive secretary for an oil and gas company until she retired. Later she worked as a care-giver until the age of 85.
She moved to Friendswood, Texas in 1991 and has been a member of Mary Queen Parish ever since. Her passion was being a prayer warrior and she prayed daily for everyone who was in need. She held weekly prayer meetings in her home with some of her close friends.
Betty was fortunate to have many friends in her church and the community. One example of her generosity was cooking and baking for others. Many people showed her acts of kindness by taking her to church, picking up groceries, driving her places, cooking with her, bringing her communion or just sitting with her for a visit or fellowship.
We were all blessed to have her in our lives for so many years. As she is received by our Father in Heaven she will be missed
Eye has not seen, ear has not heard..what God has prepared for those who love him.
