Benjamin Garcia, Jr., a resident of Texas City, Texas, passed from this life on February 17, 2026. He was born on March 6, 1957 in Galveston, Texas to parents, Benjamin Garcia, Sr. and Esther (Solis) Garcia.
He worked as a plant supervisor.
Benjamin is preceded in death by daughter, Tiffany R. Garcia; son, Dustin W. Garcia and sister, Ginny M. Garcia. He leaves behind to treasure his memory, daughters, Nicole Garcia-Flores, Kristine Garcia and Melaine Friddell; sister, Barbara A. Wright and brothers, Gregory W. Garcia and Glen W. Garcia.
In his honor, there will be a visitation on Sunday, February 22, 2026 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm with a rosary at 7:30pm in the Crowder Funeral Home Chapel in Dickinson, Texas. A graveside service is planned for Monday, February 23, 2026 at 11:00am at Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery in Dickinson, Texas.
Serving as pallbearers are Matthew Friddell, Joshua W. Friddell, Joshua L. Friddell, Christopher Wright, Jason Huff, Kody Huff and Blake Huff.
