  1. My aunt was a pillar of strength, a truly beautiful and intelligent woman whose wise and logical approach to life inspired everyone around her. She did her very best for her children, her love for them was fierce and unwavering, and her guidance made them who they are today. Honest and loyal to those she loved, she was not only a role model but also a source of comfort, wisdom, and support during life’s toughest moments. Her legacy of strength and kindness will forever live on in our hearts, and her memory will be cherished always. – Amy Jocelyn Davis (niece) daughter of Peggy Davis

  2. My maw maw was a beautiful soul. She was always smiling and watching her shows. There is so much me and A’lani are going to miss when it comes to you. I am really blessed and grateful she got to spend time with you and you with her. Maw maw was a strong, beautiful and encouraging person. She inspired me to pursue the lvn program just like her. My favorite memories are when A’lani runs to your room and just talks to you while you shared your snacks with her. Also, when you rode with me and mimi all the way to Galveston to take me to work, and when i caught maw maw watching my favorite show, law and order, and we watched it together. I loved going to see you and just being able talk because you were always understanding and you just loved seeing A’lani too, your hugs were always so comforting. I have so many more memories but just know you will always be in all of our hearts. Love Jayla and A’lani
