Elizabeth “Liz” Ann Bultman Jezewski, 95, of Clear Lake City, Texas, passed away September 26, 2026, in Houston, Texas.  She was born May 18, 1931, in Vincennes, Indiana to Marie Eddleman and Sylvester “Pug” Bultman.  Liz is survived by her children Leigh Jezewski Brandenberger, John Brandenberger, Jeffrey Jezewski, and Jennifer Jezewski; granddaughter Jordan Jezewski; and many dear friends.

Liz attended and graduated from St. Rose Academy in Vincennes where she made life-long friends including her dear friend, De De, and joyfully participated in class reunions.

Liz and Donald “Don” Jezewski, the love of her life, were married August 30, 1958.  Don and Liz began working for NASA’s Space Task Group in July 1959 at Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia.  NASA moved them to Houston, Texas in early 1962 to continue work on Projects Mercury and Gemini.  After the birth of her two children, Liz became a full-time mother and community volunteer.  She was a devout Catholic all her life and most recently a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church.  Liz became a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in 1969 where for many years thereafter she was a religious education teacher and choir member and involved in Christian ministries to provide for the needy.  One of her greatest joys was the 20 years she volunteered in direct patient care at St. John Hospital / Houston Methodist Clear Lake.  In her later years, she was a member of the Note-Ables, a coral group performing at hospitals, care facilities and churches.  Liz happily worked out alongside her buddies at NASA’s Gilruth Center for over 40 years.

Liz loved camping and hiking with Don and her children in their pop-up camper.  She was always eager and ready to travel with family and friends to visit historic cities and sites, museums and old churches. For her 90^th birthday, she went to Colorado with Leigh and John and hiked at elevations exceeding 9,500 ft.  Liz never met a stranger; she loved meeting new people and helping those in need.  Throughout her life, Liz loved reading, singing and dancing, and entertaining others.  She often broke out in song at unexpected times and places.  Above all, Liz was passionate about Don and about her family including long-time friends, the Stonestreet and Schell families.

Liz loved and adored her granddaughter, Jordan.  She delighted in watching Jordan grow, dance and perform.  Liz enjoyed many visits with her beloved son Jeff and his Otwell family in Arkansas.

Liz was preceded in death by her parents and her dear brother, Reverend Robert “Bob” Bultman, a Catholic priest.

A Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a Vigil Service at 7:00 pm at Crowder Funeral Home, 111 E. Medical Center Blvd., Webster, TX 77598.  The Funeral Mass will be on Saturday, October 10, 2026 at 10:30 am at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 15500 El Camino Real, Houston, TX 77062.  Graveside Service will follow at Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery, Dickinson, TX.
