Blair Karsten Bilek of Santa Fe, Texas, passed away on July 29, 2026, at the age of 46. Blair was brought into this world on November 30, 1979, as the eldest child of Donald Bilek and Hope McNatt. From that day on, he never failed to leave a lifelong impact on anyone fortunate enough to know him.

He lived by a simple motto: “B Love and Stay Blessed.” It wasn’t just words—it was who he was and how he chose to live each day.

Blair had a special way of making each person feel seen, accepted, and loved. He freely gave his time, talents, and heart, never expecting anything in return. When someone needed a listening ear, a word of encouragement, or simply someone by their side, Blair was there. He had a way of believing in people, especially in the moments when they struggled to believe in themselves. His calm, gentle presence made others feel at ease, and his kindness left a lasting impression on everyone he met.

Known to many as “B Love,” Blair was a true artist. He was a talented lyricist, poet, painter, cook, former three-time state champion and Division I football player, and an incredible fisherman. Whatever he took on, he flourished. Despite his many talents, Blair remained exceptionally humble. He didn’t seek attention or praise but rather enjoyed celebrating others. His creativity was just another way he gave to those around him.

Above all, Blair was proud of his role as a father. His three children were his greatest joy, and he loved them unconditionally. He led by example, teaching them kindness, strength, humility, and the importance of loving and treating others well. Those lessons will stay with them forever.

Blair’s legacy isn’t measured by awards or achievements but by the love he shared and the lives he touched. His art, stories, friendships, and the hearts he inspired are his true legacy. He left a little piece of himself everywhere he went. Everyone who loved him will carry those pieces with them always.

Blair was warmly welcomed in heaven by his grandparents, Murray and Helen Wilson; Frank and Margaret Bilek; nephew, Brody Whitten; and many cherished family members and friends.

He leaves behind an immense number of loved ones to carry on his legacy, including his children, Gabrielle Bilek, Karsten Bilek, and Mia Bilek; parents, Donald and Michelle Bilek, John and Hope McNatt, and Wade and Joyce Cooke; siblings, Ariell and Rusty Whitten, Elyse and Jesse Fulmer, Emily Cooke, Paul McNatt, and Mark McNatt; nieces and nephews, Lucas Whitten, Bailey Whitten, Luke Delgado, Eli Delgado, Blakely Novicky, Jacob Fulmer, Randy Novicky, Lana Novicky, and Sylvia Fulmer; aunts and uncles, Joy Wilson, Frank Bilek, Pam Huffman, and Theresa Bilek.

Blair will always be remembered for the amazing father, son, brother, uncle, friend, and overall person that he was.

A celebration of life will be held Sunday, August 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Crowder Fish Camp, 8911 Paula Lane, Dickinson, Texas 77539.
