Rosoland “Rose” Ann Moya-Rigdon, 74, of Webster, Texas, passed away on Thursday, July 16, 2026. Rose was born on June 26, 1952, in Gray County, Texas, to Paul Vernon Combs and Marlene Addlene Martin.

Rose was a wonderful person who always enjoyed life and brought joy to all who knew her. She loved her family, friends, and all those she met. Her love for music, her smile, and her laugh will leave a lasting impression on all who were blessed to know her.

Rose is preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Marlene Combs. Her son, Jimmy Collier. Her sister, Rebecca Burton. Her brothers, Randy Combs and Roy Burton.

She is survived by her husband of eight years, Larry “Jack” Rigdon. Her daughter, Susie Russell (Robert ‘Bob’). Her son, J.J. Moya. Her brother, Robbie Burton. Her seven grandchildren: Amanda Bland, Andrew James, Keanu Boren, Julian Moya IV, Via Moya, Damon Moya, Calliopea Naranjo-Moya, and her daughter-in-law, Josie Valdez. She is also survived by her five great-grandchildren.

Rose was a dedicated member of Webster ISD, where she served the community as a crossing guard and in the cafeteria. She has been a resident of Webster, Texas for over thirty years.

She loved her family so much no matter what and was always there to help. She will be forever loved and missed.

There will be a visitation on Tuesday, July 21^st, 2026, from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at Crowder Funeral Home, 2422 E. Broadway St., Pearland, Texas 77581, with a memorial service to follow at 11:00 A.M.
