Dyanna Irizarry, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, family member, and friend, was born on July 11, 1962, and passed away in the early morning hours of April 28, 2026. Her passing leaves a deep ache in the hearts of those who loved her, but her life leaves behind memories, lessons, and love that will continue to live on.

Dyanna was a woman whose presence touched the lives of those around her. She will be remembered for the love she gave, the strength she carried, and the ways she made her family feel cared for and connected. Throughout her life, she created memories that will be cherished by her children, grandchildren, loved ones, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Dyanna was preceded in death by her father, James A. Smith; her mother, Iva B. Smith; her sister, Paula Jones; and her brother, Jesse Stephens.

She is survived by her loving husband, Ira Irizarry; her son, James Frost, and his family; her son, Jacob Frost; her daughter, Krystin Feole, and her family; as well as her four grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

To those closest to her, Dyanna was more than a wife, mother, and grandmother; she was a source of comfort, guidance, and love. Her family will hold close the moments they shared with her, the sound of her voice, the stories, the laughter, and the quiet ways she showed she cared. Though her passing came far too soon, the impact of her life will remain forever.

Dyanna’s memory will continue through the family she loved and the legacy she leaves behind. She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever held in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

The family will have a visitation June 6, 2026 from 10AM-12PM and a Memorial Service will follow at 12 PM in the Crowder Funeral Home Chapel in League City. The address is 1645 E. Main Street, League City, TX 77573.
